We have stringent quality control at every stage of manufacturing as well as before packing. We never compromise on the quality. Each ring is checked on 100% basis for all important parameters. We have SQC (Statistical Quality Control) system during manufacturing which keeps rejection at very low levels. We will continue to work closely with our engine customers and are committed to further advancements in ring design and manufacturing technologies to ensure that the right parts are available to serve the engines of the future.
Each batch of casting is checked for alloy composition and hardness. Our products are exported worldwide including North America, South America, Europe, Russia, Australia and many Middle East and African Countries.
